Gregg Stepan is the owner and head coach of Millennium Cycling, LLC.  Gregg started his cycling coaching business in 1999.  Whether you're an elite racer or a recreational rider, Gregg can help you become a better cyclist.

Gregg holds an Elite Level Coaching License issued by USA Cycling, Inc., the national governing body of bicycle racing and the parent corporation of the National Off-Road Bicycle Association (NORBA) and the United States Cycling Federation (USCF).

Gregg is an avid mountain biker.  Gregg has been racing mountain bikes in cross-country events since 1993 and continues to race occasionally in the masters expert category.  Gregg also races in road events.

Gregg limits the number of coaching clients he accepts, so that he can offer each coaching client his full attention.  Gregg's past and present coaching clients have included, among others:
  • USCF Category 1 road racer, NORBA expert mtn. bike racer and USAT elite (pro) triathlete;
  • USCF Category 1 master's road racer;
  • USCF Category 4 woman road racer and triathlete;
  • several NORBA sport and expert mtn. bike racers seeking performance testing on an ergometer;
  • several recreational mtn. bikers seeking to improve riding skills;
  • collegiate cycling team;
  • USCF Category 4 road racer seeking a precise bike fitting in connection with his purchase of a custom frame; and
  • a recreational cyclist focused on the Aidsride and weight loss.
